Overview
GDS-010C high and low temperature damping heat test chamber is produced by ZKHS, which is suitable for various performance indicators of aerospace products, information electronic Instruments, materials, electrical and electronic products and various electronic components under high and low temperature or heat and humidity environment inspection. The equipment adopts advanced temperature and humidity control system and refrigeration technology to ensure accurate and stable test environment.

Principle
The equipment realizes low temperature control through the refrigeration system using the French Taikang fully enclosed Compressor, the heating system uses the nickel-chromium alloy electric heater to heat up, the humidification system uses the stainless steel shallow surface evaporative humidifier to increase the humidity, and the dehumidification system reduces the humidity through the evaporator coil dewpoint temperature laminar contact. The multi-wing blower is forced to circulate to ensure the uniform distribution of temperature and humidity in the test area, and the controller automatically calculates and corrects the environment parameters in real time.

Steps
1. Connect power supply AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V +/- 10% three-phase five-wire system
2. Replenish the water source to the water tank to ensure that the automatic protection function is normal
3. Set the temperature and humidity program through the 7.0-inch Touchscreen, up to 100 groups of 1000 segments
4. Use the RS-232/RS-485 interface to edit programs and monitor on the computer
5. Place the sample in the studio and close the box door to ensure sealing
6. Start the equipment, and the system automatically controls the heating, cooling, and humidification process
7. Linear dispersion monitoring test status through observation window and screen
8. Remove the sample after the test is completed and turn off the power
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature should be kept at 5 ℃~ 30 ℃, humidity ≤ 85% R.H
• Regularly check the water level of the replenishment tank to avoid failure due to water shortage
• Overhaul waterways and circuit systems through portal opening structure during maintenance
• Avoid touching the locked screen to prevent unplanned downtime
• The test hole needs to be sealed after use to keep the environment in the box stable
• The equipment has multiple protections such as leakage, short circuit, and over-temperature, and can be dealt with in time when there is an abnormality
• The refrigeration system is fully enclosed and should not be disassembled by non-professionals
• Heating and humidification systems operate independently, paying attention to safety protection
