Overview
GDS-010D high and low temperature damping heat test chamber is produced by ZKHS, which is suitable for aerospace products, information electronic Instruments, materials, electrical and electronic products and various electronic components in high and low temperature or heat and humidity environment inspection performance indicators. The box body is processed and formed by numerical control machine tool, which is easy to operate. The liner is imported stainless steel mirror plate, and the shell is A3 steel plate spray.

Principle
The test chamber realizes temperature control through a fully independent system: the heating system adopts a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating heater to heat up; the refrigeration system adopts the original French "Taikang" fully enclosed Air-Cooled Compressor for refrigeration; the humidification system adopts a built-in isolated all-stainless steel shallow surface evaporative humidifier to increase humidity; the dehumidification system adopts the evaporator coil dewpoint temperature laminar contact method to reduce humidity. The multi-wing blower strongly circulates the air to ensure the uniform distribution of temperature and humidity in the test area, and the controller automatically calculates and corrects the temperature and humidity changes to achieve precise and stable control.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC220V +/- 10% 50Hz or AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system
2. Check the water level of the replenishment tank and replenish the water source if necessary
3. Set the temperature and humidity program through the 7.0-inch Touchscreen controller, and you can choose the Chinese and English interface
4. Use the test hole to connect an external power cable or signal cable

6. After the test is completed, turn off the device and disconnect the power supply
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature should be in the range of 5 ℃~ 30 ℃, humidity ≤ 85% R.H
• Avoid running in a water shortage state to prevent automatic protection from triggering
• Do not touch the controller screen at will during operation to prevent accidental touch and stop
