Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber achieves temperature control through fully enclosed Air-Cooled compression refrigeration and a multi-wing blower circulation system. The heating system uses a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating heater, the humidification system uses a built-in isolated all-stainless steel shallow surface evaporative humidifier, and the dehumidification system uses an evaporator coil dewpoint temperature laminar contact dehumidification method. The air passage circulation air outlet and return air design ensures uniform temperature distribution and rapid stabilization.

Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage meets the requirements of AC220V +/- 10% 50Hz or AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system.
2. Turn on the device and use the 7.0-inch large screen controller to set the temperature and humidity parameters.
3. Place the test sample on the test rack, which can be led through the test hole.
4. Start the device, monitor the temperature and humidity changes, and ensure that it is within the set range.
5. After the test is completed, turn off the device and disconnect the power.
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature should be 5 ℃~ 30 ℃, humidity ≤ 85% R.H.
• Power frequency stability to avoid overvoltage or undervoltage.
• Regularly check safety protection devices, such as leakage, short circuit, over temperature, water shortage, motor overheating, Compressor overvoltage, overload, overcurrent protection.
• Pay attention to temperature changes when opening the door to avoid burns.
• The humidified water supply system needs to be kept under automatic control to prevent water shortage.
• Do not block the ventilating port when the equipment is running to ensure the normal operation of the circulatory system.
