Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber precisely controls the temperature and humidity environment in the box through an independent heating, cooling, humidification and dehumidification system. The heating system adopts a nickel-chromium alloy electric heater, the refrigeration system adopts a fully enclosed Air-Cooled compression method, the humidification system is a built-in isolated stainless steel evaporative humidifier, and the dehumidification system adopts an evaporator coil dewpoint temperature laminar flow contact method. The circulation system realizes uniform air supply through a temperature-resistant and low-noise motor and a multi-blade centrifugal wind turbine to ensure stable temperature and humidity in the test area.

Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage meets the requirements of AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V +/- 10% three-phase five-wire system.
2. Turn on the device and use the 7.0-inch screen to set the required temperature and humidity parameters and test time.
3. Place the test sample on the test rack and connect external equipment through the test hole if necessary.
4. Start the device, monitor the temperature and humidity changes, and observe the conditions in the box through the window.
5. After the test is completed, the equipment automatically stops, samples are taken out, and data is recorded.
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature should be between 5 ° C and 30 ° C with humidity not exceeding 85% R.H.
• Power frequency stability to avoid overload or short circuit.
• Regularly check the humidified water supply system to prevent water shortage from causing malfunctions.
• Do not open the door frequently when the equipment is running, so as not to affect the stability of temperature and humidity.
