Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber precisely controls the temperature and humidity environment in the box through independent heating, humidification, dehumidification and refrigeration systems, combined with air circuit circulation. The heating system adopts a nickel-chromium alloy electric heater, the humidification system is a built-in isolated all-stainless steel shallow surface evaporative humidifier, the dehumidification system adopts an evaporator coil dewpoint temperature laminar flow contact method, and the refrigeration system adopts a fully enclosed Air-Cooled compression method to ensure stable and uniform temperature and humidity.

Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage meets the requirements of AC220V +/- 10% 50Hz or AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system.
2. Set the required temperature and humidity parameters and test time through the 7.0-inch large screen controller.
3. Place the test sample on the test rack and use the test lead hole to connect external equipment (if required).
4. Start the equipment, and the system automatically executes the heating, cooling, humidification or dehumidification process.
5. By observing the conditions in the box, an optional recorder can be used to record data.
6. After the test is completed, the system automatically stops, the sample is removed, and the power is turned off.
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature should be between 5 ° C and 30 ° C with humidity not exceeding 85% R.H.
• Power frequency stability to avoid overload or short circuit.
• Regularly check safety protection devices, such as leakage, overtemperature, water shortage, motor overheating, Compressor overpressure, etc.
• The humidified water supply system needs to be kept under automatic control to prevent water shortage.
