Features
1. The inner tank of the box is made of imported stainless steel (SUS304) mirror plate argon arc welding, and the shell is sprayed with A3 steel plate.

Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber uses the original French "Taikang" unit for cooling through the fully enclosed Air-Cooled compression refrigeration method, combined with the strong air supply circulation of the multi-wing blower to ensure uniform temperature distribution in the test area. The heating system adopts a fully independent nickel-chromium alloy electric heating heater, the humidification system uses a built-in isolated all-stainless steel shallow surface evaporative humidifier, and the dehumidification system adopts the evaporator coil dewpoint temperature laminar contact dehumidification method. The water supply system automatically controls the humidification water supply to achieve accurate temperature and humidity control.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC220V +/- 10% 50Hz or AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire.
2. Turn on the device and use the 7.0-inch large screen controller to set the temperature and humidity parameters and test time.
3. Place the test sample on the test rack and connect the external device through the test lead hole (optional).
4. Start the equipment, monitor temperature and humidity changes, and ensure that it operates within the set range.
5. After the test is completed, turn off the equipment, remove the sample, and record the data (optional recorder printing).
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature should be between 5 ° C and 30 ° C with humidity not exceeding 85% R.H.
• Power frequency compliance to avoid overload or short circuit.
• Regularly check safety protection devices, such as leakage, over-temperature, water shortage, motor overheating, etc., to ensure normal operation.
• Pay attention to temperature stabilization when opening the door to avoid long-term exposure affecting the test results.
• The humidified water supply system needs to maintain an automatic control state to prevent water shortage failures.
