HS-010A Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a testing equipment of ZKHS brand, which is suitable for aviation, automobile, home appliances, scientific research and other fields. Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is cooled by fully enclosed Air-Cooled compression refrigeration. It uses a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating heater to heat up. It has a built-in isolated all-stainless steel shallow surface evaporative humidifier for humidification, and controls humidity through evaporator coil dewpoint temperature laminar contact dehumidification. The multi-wing blower has a strong air supply cycle to ensure uniform temperature distribution, and an independent system design improves efficiency.

Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage meets the requirements of AC220V +/- 10% 50Hz or AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system.
2. Turn on the power switch of the device and start the 7.0-inch large-screen controller.
3. Set the required temperature, humidity parameters and test time on the controller (adjustable from 0 to 9999 minutes or hours).
4. Place the test sample on the test rack and connect the external device (if necessary) through the test lead hole.
5. Start the test program to monitor the temperature and humidity changes Linear dispersion (optional recorder printing).
6. After the test is completed, power off the device and remove the sample.
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature should be between 5 ℃~ 30 ℃, humidity ≤ 85% R.H.
• Power frequency stability to avoid overvoltage or undervoltage operation.
• Regularly check the safety protection device, including leakage, short circuit, overtemperature, water shortage, motor overheating, Compressor overvoltage, overload, overcurrent protection.
• The humidified water supply system adopts automatic control to ensure that the water source is normal.
• Pay attention to the temperature stabilization time after opening the door to avoid affecting the test accuracy.
• Keep the box clean to avoid dust affecting the circulation system.
