Overview
WDCJ-162A high and low temperature impact test chamber is produced by ZKHS, which is suitable for safety performance testing of electronic components, providing reliability test and product screening test. Through this equipment test, product reliability can be improved and quality control can be achieved.
Features

2. The cold box and hot box are independently controlled, and the box doors are independent of each other to achieve three uses in one box
3. The box door is interlocked with the circulating fan and the blue lifting drive to ensure safe operation

5. The conversion time between the low temperature zone and the high temperature zone is ≤ 15 seconds, and the temperature recovery time is ≤ 5 minutes
6. Adopt French Taikang fully enclosed Air-Cooled cascade compression refrigeration and German Copeland semi-enclosed Water-Cooled Compressor unit
7. Equipped with temperature-resistant and low-noise air-conditioning motors and multi-blade centrifugal wind turbine circulation system
Principle
The equipment automatically switches between cooling, heating and bluing transmission through a computer control system to achieve high and low temperature Impact testing. Samples are quickly switched between low temperature and high temperature regions, and the temperature recovers quickly to ensure accurate and controllable test conditions.

Steps
1. Set time parameters through 7.0 inch Touchscreen controller
2. Select the test temperature range (-20 ℃~ 200 ℃ optional)
3. Set the test time (adjustable to 9999 minutes or hours)
4. Start the equipment to automatically switch between cooling, heating and bluing transmission
5. Monitor sample area temperature fluctuations and recovery
Notice
• Equipment adopts AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire power supply
• When opening the box door, the circulating fan and the blue drive power supply will be automatically cut off.
• Temperature recovery time is affected by chilled down water temperature, exposure temperature difference, thermostatic time and sample weight
• The maximum load-bearing capacity in the sample area is 20kg.
• Hold function can temporarily change the value of the program segment
