Overview
WDCJ-500A high and low temperature impact test chamber is produced by ZKHS and is suitable for safety performance test, reliability test and product screening test of electronic components. Through this equipment test, product reliability can be improved and quality control can be implemented.

Principle
The equipment automatically switches between cooling, heating and basket transfer through a computer control system to achieve high and low temperature Impact testing. Samples are quickly switched between low temperature and high temperature regions, and the temperature recovery is rapid to ensure test efficiency.

Steps
1. Set time parameters through 7.0 inch Touchscreen controller
2. Select the switching mode of cooling, heating and basket transfer
3. Set the test time (adjustable range~ 9999 M, H)
Step 4 Start the autorun
5. If necessary, the operating parameters can be temporarily modified by maintaining the function
Notice
• When the box door is opened, the circulating fan and basket drive power supply will be automatically cut off, please do not force the operation
• Temperature recovery time is affected by chilled down water temperature, exposure temperature difference, thermostatic time and sample weight
• power requirements AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system
• The maximum load-bearing capacity in the sample area is 40kg, please do not overload it.
