Overview
ZKHS WDCJ-010A high and low temperature impact test chamber is specially designed for the safety performance test of electronic components, providing reliability test and product screening test. The equipment can improve product reliability and achieve quality control. The product adopts computer control, is equipped with self-developed software, and has a friendly operation interface. It supports parameter setting and automatic switching functions.
Features
1. The cold box and the hot box are independently controlled, and the box doors are independent of each other to achieve three uses in one box, with excellent thermal insulation effect.
2. The box door is interlocked with the circulating fan and the blue lifting drive, and the power supply is automatically cut off to ensure safe operation.
3. The top of the box is equipped with a standard lead hole tube, which is convenient for introducing Sensor wires and detection cables.
4. The conversion time between the low temperature zone and the high temperature zone is less than or equal to 15 seconds, and the temperature recovery time is less than or equal to 5 minutes.
5. Adopt 7.0 inch Touchscreen controller, accuracy range +/- 0.1 ℃, support long-term test adjustment.
6. The refrigeration system adopts French Taikang fully enclosed Air-Cooled cascade compression and German Copeland semi-enclosed Water-Cooled Compressor sets, and the circulation system uses temperature-resistant low-noise motors and multi-bladed centrifugal wind turbines.
Principle
The test chamber automatically manages the cooling, heating and blue lifting transfer switching process through a computer control system. The cold and hot boxes operate independently to achieve rapid temperature conversion, and the samples are subjected to high and low temperature Impact testing under preset conditions to evaluate product reliability.

Steps
1. Set the temperature parameters and time through the Touchscreen controller.
2. Start the equipment and automatically switch between cooling, heating and bluing.
3. Monitor the test process to ensure that the parameters meet the requirements.
4. After the test is completed, the equipment automatically stops or ends manually.
Notice
• When opening the box door, the circulating fan and the blue drive power supply will be automatically cut off to ensure safe operation.
• Temperature recovery time is affected by chilled down water temperature, exposure temperature difference, thermostatic time and sample weight.
• Power frequency check before use is AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system.
• The load-bearing capacity of the sample area should not exceed 50kg to avoid overload operation.
