Overview
WDCJ-162B high and low temperature impact test box is produced by ZKHS, which is suitable for safety performance test, reliability test and product screening test of electronic components. The equipment can effectively improve product reliability and achieve quality control through high and low temperature Impact test. It adopts computer control system and self-developed software, and has an intuitive operation interface.

Principle
The test chamber realizes high and low temperature Impact test by computer control system, and adopts the design of independent control of cold box and hot box. During the test process, the equipment automatically switches between cooling, heating and blue lifting transfer, and the sample quickly switches between the low temperature zone and the high temperature zone. The conversion time does not exceed 15 seconds, and the temperature recovery time does not exceed 5 minutes.

Steps
1. Set time parameters through 7.0 inch Touchscreen controller
2. Set the cooling, heating, and bluing transfer switching program
3. Use the hold function to maintain the current running program state
4. Temporary change of program block value
5. Equipment is automatically tested according to the set value

• When the box door is opened, the power supply of the circulating fan and the blue drive will be automatically cut off to ensure safe operation
• Temperature recovery time is related to chilled down water temperature, exposure temperature difference, thermostatic time, sample weight
• power requirements AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system
• The load-bearing capacity of the sample area is 20kg, please do not overload it.
