Overview
WDCJ-340B high and low temperature impact test chamber is produced by ZKHS, which is suitable for safety performance test, reliability test and product screening test of electronic components. The equipment realizes automatic switching of cooling, heating and blue lifting transmission through computer control system, which can improve product reliability and carry out quality control.
Features
1. Adopt computer control, self-developed software, and the operation interface is friendly and intuitive
2. The cold box and hot box are independently controlled, and the box doors are independent of each other to achieve three uses in one box
3. The box door is interlocked with the circulating fan and the blue lifting drive, and the power supply is automatically cut off to ensure safe operation
4. The top of the box is equipped with a standard lead hole tube, which is convenient for introducing Sensor wires and detection cables
5. Low temperature zone, high temperature zone conversion time ≤ 15 seconds, temperature recovery time ≤ 5 minutes
6. Adopt French Taikang fully enclosed Air-Cooled cascade compression refrigeration and German Copeland semi-enclosed Water-Cooled Compressor unit
7. Equipped with 7.0 inch Touchscreen controller, accuracy range +/- 0.1 ℃
Principle
The equipment automatically controls the switching of refrigeration, heating and blue lifting transmission through the computer control system to realize the high and low temperature Impact test. The design of independent control of cold box and hot box is adopted, and the temperature conversion and recovery are quickly completed through the circulation system composed of temperature-resistant and low-noise air-conditioning motors and multi-blade centrifugal wind turbines.

• When opening the box door, the power supply of the circulating fan and the blue drive will be automatically cut off.
• Temperature recovery time is related to chilled down water temperature, exposure temperature difference, thermostatic time, sample weight

• The maximum load-bearing capacity in the sample area is 30kg.
