Overview
WDCJ-500B high and low temperature impact test chamber is produced by ZKHS, which is suitable for safety performance test, reliability test and product screening test of electronic components. Through this equipment test, product reliability can be improved and quality control can be achieved. It adopts computer control system and self-developed software, and has an intuitive operation interface.

Principle
The equipment realizes the high and low temperature Impact test through the independent control of the cold box and the hot box, and the computer control system is used to automatically switch the cooling, heating and blue lifting transfer. The test samples are quickly transferred between the low temperature zone and the high temperature zone, and the conversion time is ≤ 15 seconds, and the temperature recovery time is ≤ 5 minutes to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the test.

Steps
1. Set time parameters through 7.0 inch Touchscreen controller
2. Select the cooling, heating and bluing transfer switching mode
3. Set the test time (adjustable range~ 9999 M, H)
4. Start the device to automatically run the test program
5. Monitor sample area temperature fluctuations and recovery
Notice
• Equipment adopts AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire power supply
• When opening the box door, the circulating fan and the blue drive power supply will be automatically cut off.
• Temperature recovery time is affected by chilled down water temperature, exposure temperature difference, thermostatic time and sample weight
• The maximum load-bearing capacity in the sample area is 40kg
• Ensure that all safety interlocks function properly before operation
