Overview
WDCJ-010B high and low temperature impact test box is a professional test equipment of ZKHS brand, which is suitable for safety performance test, reliability test and product screening test of electronic components. The equipment can effectively improve product reliability and achieve quality control through high and low temperature Impact test. It adopts computer control system and self-developed software, and has an intuitive operation interface.

6. Adopt the original French "Taikang" fully enclosed Air-Cooled cascade compression refrigeration method and the German Copeland semi-enclosed Water-Cooled Compressor unit
7. Equipped with 7.0 inch Touchscreen controller, accuracy range +/- 0.1 ℃
8. The sample area can bear up to 50kg, meeting the needs of large-load testing
Principle
The test chamber adopts independent control design of cold and hot box, and automatically performs cooling, heating and blue transfer switching through computer control system. The equipment can quickly switch between low temperature zone and high temperature zone, the conversion time is not more than 15 seconds, and the temperature can be quickly restored and evenly distributed through multi-leaf centrifugal wind turbine circulation system.

Steps
1. Set test parameters through 7.0 inch Touchscreen controller
2. Introduce Sensor Wire and Detection Cable into the box
3. Set the time parameters and start the autorun program
4. The equipment automatically switches between cooling, heating, and blue lifting
5. Monitor the test process, and the test time can be adjusted within the range of~ 9999 M and H
Notice
• Equipment adopts AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire power supply
• When opening the box door, the circulating fan and the blue drive power supply will be automatically cut off.
• Temperature recovery time is related to chilled down water temperature, exposure temperature difference, thermostatic time, sample weight
• Sample area temperature fluctuation at thermostatic ≤ +/- 0.5 ℃
• The device has a hold function that can temporarily change the value of the program segment during operation
