Overview
WDCJ-162C high and low temperature impact test chamber is produced by ZKHS, which is suitable for safety performance test, reliability test and product screening test of electronic components. The equipment can improve product reliability and achieve quality control through testing. It adopts computer control, has an intuitive operation interface and holding function, and supports temporary parameter modification and automatic operation.

Principle
The equipment automatically switches between cooling, heating and bluing through a computer control system to achieve high and low temperature Impact testing. The cold box and hot box are independently controlled, and the sample is quickly transferred between the low temperature zone and the high temperature zone. The conversion time is ≤ 15 seconds, and the temperature recovery time is ≤ 5 minutes to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the test.

Steps
1. Set time parameters through 7.0 inch Touchscreen controller
2. Start the equipment and automatically switch between cooling, heating and blue lifting transmission
3. Monitor the test process and use the hold function to temporarily modify program parameters
4. After the test is completed, the equipment automatically stops running
Notice
• When the box door is opened, the circulating fan and the blue drive power supply are automatically cut off to ensure safety
• Temperature recovery time is affected by chilled down water temperature, exposure temperature difference, thermostatic time and sample weight
• Power frequency is AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire before use
• The load-bearing capacity of the sample area does not exceed 20kg to avoid overload operation
