Overview
WDCJ-340C high and low temperature impact test chamber is produced by ZKHS, which is suitable for safety performance test, reliability test and product screening test of electronic vital gas parts. The equipment test can improve product reliability and achieve quality control. It adopts computer control system and self-developed software, and has an intuitive operation interface.

Principle
The equipment automatically switches between cooling, heating and bluing through a computer control system to achieve high and low temperature Impact testing. The cold and hot box is independently controlled, and the sample is quickly transferred between the low temperature zone and the high temperature zone. The conversion time does not exceed 15 seconds, and the temperature recovery time does not exceed 5 minutes to ensure the test efficiency.

Steps
1. Set time parameters through 7.0 inch Touchscreen controller
2. Select the cooling, heating, and bluing transfer switching mode
3. Set the test time (adjustable range~ 9999 M, H)
4. Automatic High and Low Temperature Impact Test at Set Value
5. Monitor sample area temperature fluctuations and recovery
Notice
• Power frequency must meet AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system requirements
• When opening the box door, the circulating fan and the blue lifting drive power supply will be automatically cut off to ensure safety
• Temperature recovery time is affected by chilled down water temperature, exposure temperature difference, thermostatic time and sample weight
• The load-bearing capacity of the sample area does not exceed 30kg
• Keep the equipment well ventilated during operation
