Overview
WDCJ-500C high and low temperature impact test chamber is produced by ZKHS, which is suitable for safety performance test, reliability test and product screening test of electronic components. The equipment can improve product reliability and achieve quality control through high and low temperature Impact test. It adopts computer control system and self-developed software, and has an intuitive operation interface.

1. The cold box and hot box are independently controlled, and the box doors are independent of each other to achieve three uses in one box
2. The box door is interlocked with the circulating fan and the blue lifting drive to ensure safe operation

Principle
The test chamber adopts a computer control system, setting time parameters through Touchscreen, and automatically controlling the switching of cooling, heating and lifting blue transmission. The equipment has an independent control structure of cold box and hot box, which can realize fast conversion of high and low temperature areas, complete the switching of temperature areas within ≤ 15 seconds, and restore the set temperature within ≤ 5 minutes.

Steps
1. Set test parameters through 7.0 inch Touchscreen controller
2. Introduce Sensor Wire and Detection Cable with Box Top Lead Hole Tube
3. Start the equipment, and the system automatically switches between cooling, heating and blue lifting transmission
4. Equipment automatically runs the test program according to the set value
5. The test time can be adjusted within the range of~ 9999 M and H

• When opening the box door, the power supply of the circulating fan and the blue drive will be automatically cut off to ensure safe operation
• Temperature recovery time is related to chilled down water temperature, exposure temperature difference, thermostatic time, sample weight
• The power requirements are AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system
• The maximum load-bearing capacity in the sample area is 40kg
• Do not forcibly open the box door during the operation of the equipment
