Overview
WDCJ-010C high and low temperature impact test chamber is a reliability test equipment specially designed for the safety performance test of electronic components, suitable for product screening test and quality control. The equipment adopts a computer control system and has an intuitive operation interface, which can automatically switch between cooling, heating and blue lifting.
Features
1. The cold box and the hot box are independently controlled, and the box doors are independent of each other to achieve three uses in one box
2. The box door is interlocked with the circulating fan and the blue lifting drive to ensure safe operation
3. The top of the box is equipped with a standard lead hole tube, which is convenient for introducing Sensor wires and detection cables
4. The conversion time between the low temperature zone and the high temperature zone is ≤ 15 seconds, and the temperature recovery time is ≤ 5 minutes
5. Adopt 7.0 inch Touchscreen controller, easy and intuitive operation
6. Sample area temperature fluctuation ≤ +/- 0.5 ℃ (when thermostatic), accuracy range +/- 0.1 ℃
7. Adopt French Taikang fully enclosed Air-Cooled cascade compression refrigeration and German Copeland semi-enclosed Water-Cooled Compressor unit
8. Equipped with temperature-resistant and low-noise air-conditioning motors and multi-blade centrifugal wind turbine circulation system
Principle
The equipment automatically manages the switching process of refrigeration, heating and blue lifting transfer through a computer control system. The sample is quickly transferred between the low temperature zone and the high temperature zone, the conversion time is not more than 15 seconds, and the temperature recovery time is not more than 5 minutes, so as to realize the high and low temperature Impact test.

Steps
1. Set test parameters through 7.0 inch Touchscreen controller
2. Place the sample in the sample area (load-bearing no more than 50kg)
3. Start the equipment, and the system automatically switches between cooling, heating and blue lifting transmission
4. Monitor the test process, and the test time can be adjusted within the range of~ 9999 M and H
5. Remove the sample after the test is completed
Notice
• Equipment power requirements are AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system
• When opening the box door, the circulating fan and the blue lifting drive power supply will be automatically cut off to ensure safety
• Temperature recovery time is affected by chilled down water temperature, exposure temperature difference, thermostatic time and sample weight
• Sample load-bearing shall not exceed the specified limit (WDCJ-010C model is 50kg)
• Do not open the box door at will during the operation of the equipment
