Overview
QLH-500 (200 ℃) ventilation aging test chamber is produced by ZKHS brand, which is suitable for the heat resistance test of electrical insulation materials and the ventilation aging test of electronic spare parts and plasticized products. The box body is processed by numerical control machine tool, which is beautiful and generous in shape and easy to operate.
Features
1. The inner tank of the box is made of imported stainless steel (SUS304) mirror plate argon arc welding.
2. The shell of the box is sprayed with A3 steel plate to increase the appearance, texture and cleanliness.
3. Adopt intelligent program microcomputer controller, with timing function, accurate and reliable temperature control.
4. Large observation window with lighting, tempered Glass, easy to clearly observe the situation inside the box.
5. The hot air circulation system is composed of high temperature continuous operation fans and special air ducts to ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
6. The device is equipped with a low-speed turntable.
Principle
The test chamber performs aging test under high temperature environment through hot air circulation system. The system is driven by high temperature and low noise motor and multi-leaf centrifugal wind wheel to achieve uniform temperature distribution and adjustable ventilation process, simulating the performance change of materials under aging conditions.
Applications
Electrical insulation materials, electronic spare parts, plasticized products
Standards
GJB7444-94、GB/T3512-2014、GB/T7141-2008、GBT 2951.42-2008、GB/T2951.11-2008
Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage meets the requirements of AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system.
2. Set the controller parameters, including temperature range, ventilation time and ventilation volume.
3. Start the device and observe the Temperature Uniformity and Fluctuation.
4. The timing function sets the test time, which can be adjusted from 0 to 9999 minutes or hours.
5. During the test, the conditions in the box were monitored through the observation window.
6. After the test, turn off the device and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
• Check whether the Power frequency meets the requirements before use.
• Ensure that the equipment is well grounded to prevent the risk of leakage.
• Avoid over-temperature operation and pay attention to motor overheating protection.
• Maintain the circulation system regularly to keep the fan running normally.
• Do not block the observation window during the test to ensure safety monitoring.
