Overview
QLH-010 (200 ℃) ventilation aging test chamber is produced by ZKHS, which is suitable for the heat resistance test of electrical insulation materials and the ventilation aging test of electronic spare parts and plasticized products. The box body is processed by numerical control machine tool, which is beautiful and generous in shape and easy to operate.
Features
1. The inner tank of the box is made of imported stainless steel (SUS304) mirror plate argon arc welding.
2. The shell of the box is sprayed with A3 steel plate to improve the appearance, texture and cleanliness.
3. Adopt intelligent program microcomputer controller, with temperature control protection and timing function, accurate and reliable temperature control.
4. Large observation window with lighting, tempered Glass, easy to clearly observe the situation inside the box.
5. The hot air circulation system is composed of high temperature resistant fans and special air ducts to ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
6. Equipped with a low-speed turntable device.
Principle
Through the hot air circulation system, the test chamber is driven by a high temperature fan and a special air duct to achieve uniform temperature distribution in the box. The microcomputer controller precisely adjusts the temperature and supports the ventilation function to simulate the aging environment.
Applications
Electrical insulation material heat resistance test, electronic parts ventilation aging test, plasticized products ventilation aging test
Standards
GJB7444-94 "Air Heat aging test chamber", GB/T3512-2014, GB/T7141-2008, GBT 2951.42-2008, GB/T 2951.11 - 2008
Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage meets the requirements of AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system.
2. Set the controller parameters, including temperature range, ventilation time and ventilation volume.
3. Start the device and monitor the running status through LED digital display.
4. Use the timing function to set the test time from 0 to 9999 minutes or hours.
5. Check the condition of the box through the observation window, and turn off the power after the test.
Notice
• Power frequency within the specified range to avoid overload.
• Regularly check safety protection functions, such as leakage, short circuit, overheating, etc.
• Pay attention to the high temperature surface during operation to prevent burns.
• Keep the box clean to avoid dust affecting performance.
• Follow manufacturer's instructions for maintenance and Troubleshooting.
