Overview
FANGRUI NDJ-9S digital Viscometer adopts microcomputer drive technology, imported stepper motor and LCD backlight display, with program setting and automatic control functions. The instrument has stable speed, good accuracy and easy operation. It supports automatic scanning and error alarm. The screen directly displays information such as viscosity, speed, rotor number, percentage meter torque, maximum viscosity of range and liquid temperature. Full scale and Linearity correction of each gear is carried out with standard silicone oil through PC interface to ensure high sensitivity, High Accuracy and high repeability, and accurate and reliable measurement data.

Principle
The digital Viscometer uses microcomputer driven technology and imported stepper motors for smooth and accurate measurement of rotational speed through programming and automatic control. The instrument uses the resistance of the rotor as it swirls/spins in the liquid to measure viscosity, the relevant parameters are displayed directly on the screen, and the standard silicone oil correction is carried out through the PC interface to ensure High Accuracy and repeability.

Steps
1. Use the "Rotor Selection" function key to select the rotor number
2. Use the "Speed Settings" function key to set the speed
3. Press the "Start, Stop" function key to execute or terminate the measurement
4. Use the "Auto Scan" function key to automatically select the appropriate Rotor speed for unknown samples
5. Press the "OK" function key to confirm the selection information.
