Principle

Steps

Install the SP0150 tungsten needle into the stylus of the SHEEN705 or SH0530 Scratch meter 2. Adjust Scratch meter parameters, set load and traverse speed 3. Start the Scratch meter to scratch the tungsten needle on the surface of the test sample 4. Observe and record scratch results and evaluate coating performance 5. After the test is completed, clean the tungsten needles and store them properly
