Overview
SC-500 dust test chamber is a ZKHS brand product, mainly used for IP5X and IP6X tests specified in the shell protection class standard. It is suitable for dust and dust resistance tests on various auto parts. The test parts include lights, meters, electrical dust covers, steering systems, door locks, etc., as well as the sealing of inspection products.
Features
1. Adopt imported PLC program to control the LCD controller, and display working hours in full Chinese.
2. Use high-quality execution components such as "Schneider" AC contactors, switches, buttons and "Panasonic" time relays, dust sockets, etc.
3. The time of the dust blower is automatically alternated, and the dust blower, dust vibration and total test time can be controlled separately.
4. Equipped with a closed alloy low-noise motor and a multi-blade centrifugal fan to ensure efficient circulation.
5. Dust heating system with built-in stainless steel mica sheet heating jacket.
6. Provide multiple safety protections such as leakage, short circuit, overtemperature, motor overheating, and overcurrent.
Principle
The test chamber is controlled by PLC program to automatically alternate the dust blowing fan and dust vibration to simulate the dust environment. The circulating fan drives the dust to be evenly distributed in the box, the heating system maintains the appropriate temperature, and the vacuum system cooperates with the pressure gauge and the filtrating device to monitor the environmental conditions to test the dustproof performance and sealing of the product.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system.
2. Set the test parameters through the PLC controller, including the working time, the dust blower, and the dust vibration time.
3. Put the test piece into the inner box and connect the dust-proof socket.
4. Start the equipment and automatically perform alternating dust blowing and vibration tests.
5. Monitor the test process to ensure that the safety protection function is normal.
6. After the test, turn off the power and remove the specimen.
Notice
• Power frequency check before use meets AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system requirements.
• Vacuumpump needs to be equipped separately, please explain when ordering.
• Regularly check safety protection devices, such as leakage, short circuit, overheating, etc.
• Ensure that the amount of talc powder is 2kg/m ³ to avoid excess or insufficient.
• Pay attention to the dust heating system during operation to prevent overheating.
• Do not open the box door at will during the test, so as not to affect the test results.
