Overview
SC-800 sand dust test chamber is a professional test equipment of ZKHS brand, which is mainly used for IP5X and IP6X tests specified in the shell protection class standard. The equipment is suitable for dust and dust resistance tests of various automotive parts, including lights, meters, electrical dust covers, steering systems, door locks, etc., and is used for inspection of product sealing.
Features
1. Adopt imported PLC program to control the LCD controller, and display working hours in full Chinese.
2. Use high-quality execution components such as "Schneider" AC contactors, switches, buttons and "Panasonic" time relays, dust sockets, etc.
3. The time of the dust blower is automatically alternated, and the dust blower, dust vibration and total test time can be controlled separately.
4. Equipped with vacuum system (including pressure gauge, air filtrate, pressure regulating triplet, connecting pipe), closed alloy low noise motor multi-blade centrifugal fan, stainless steel mica heating jacket dust heating system.
5. Provide comprehensive safety protection, including leakage, short circuit, over-temperature, motor overheating, and over-current protection.
Principle
The equipment automatically controls the dust blower and the dust vibration system through the PLC program controller, and realizes the automatic alternating work of the dust blower time. The circulating fan and the dust heating system are used to generate and circulate the dust environment, simulate the real sand and dust conditions, and test the dust performance and sealing of the product.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system.
2. Set the test time, blower time and dust vibration time through the PLC controller.
3. Start the equipment, and the dust blower and vibration system automatically work alternately.
4. Monitor the testing process to ensure proper safety protection.
5. After the test is completed, turn off the equipment and clean the dust.

• Power frequency check before use meets AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system requirements.
• Vacuumpump needs to be equipped separately, please explain when ordering.
• Regularly check safety protection devices, such as leakage, short circuit, over-temperature, motor overheating, and over-current protection.
• Avoid overloading during operation and ensure that the equipment operates within the rated parameters.
• Clean the dust inside the equipment in time after the test to keep it clean.
