Overview
ZKHS SC-015 sand dust test chamber is mainly used for the IP5X and IP6X two levels of test specified in the shell protection class standard, which is suitable for dustproof and dust-resistant tests of various automotive parts. Test parts include lights, meters, electrical dust covers, steering systems, door locks, etc., and inspection of product sealing.
Features
1. Adopt imported PLC program to control the LCD controller, and display working hours in full Chinese.
2. Use "Schneider" AC contactors, switches, buttons and "Panasonic" time relays, dust sockets and other high-mass execution components.
3. The time of the dust blower is automatically alternated, and the dust blower, dust vibration and total test time can be controlled separately.
4. A circulating fan equipped with a closed alloy low-noise motor and a multi-blade centrifugal fan.
5. Dust heating system with stainless steel mica sheet heating jacket.
6. Provide safety protection functions such as leakage, short circuit, over-temperature, motor overheating, and over-current protection.
Principle
The dust test chamber generates airflow through the circulating fan, and the dust such as talc is evenly distributed in the test chamber to simulate the dust environment. The PLC program controller automatically controls the alternating work of the dust blowing fan and the dust vibration, and conducts dust-proof and dust-resistant tests on the test pieces to evaluate their sealing and Protection Ratings.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system.
2. Set the controller parameters, including working hours, blower, and dust vibration time.
3. Place the test piece and connect it to a dust-proof socket (if required).
4. Start the equipment, and the PLC program automatically controls the dust blower and vibrates alternately.
5. Monitor the test process to ensure that the safety protection function is normal.
6. After the test, turn off the equipment and clean the dust.
Notice
• Power frequency check meets AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz requirement before use.
• Make sure the vacuum system is connected correctly, Vacuumpump needs to be equipped separately and explained when ordering.
• Regularly clean the talc powder and check the diameter of the wire and the spacing between the wires.
• Pay attention to safety protection functions during operation to prevent risks such as leakage and short circuit.
• To avoid timeouts, the Timer Range should not exceed 99 hours and 59 minutes.
