Overview
Box-type swinging pipe rain test equipment model LX-010, with reference to IP shell Protection Rating IPX3~ 4 level design, can provide environment simulation and accelerated testing for scientific research, product development and quality control. Suitable for external lighting and signaling devices and automotive lamp shell protection test inspection.
Features
1. The laboratory does not require waterproof treatment, and the water does not splash outdoors. The test water can be recycled.
2. The box body adopts imported SUS304 stainless steel plate hairline treatment, which is corrosion-resistant and durable.
3. Glass doors are convenient for observing specimen conditions.
4. The bottom is equipped with a high-quality fixed PU movable wheel for easy movement.
5. The pendulum pipe is bent from stainless steel pipe and can be swung back and forth from +/- 60 degrees to +/- 180 degrees, and the water spray angle is adjustable.
6. The transmission device is designed with precision, driven by stepper motor and gear reducer, and PLC controls the swing frequency and angle.
7. The sample holder turntable has a load of 30 kg, can be horizontally 360 degrees swirl/spin, and the speed can be adjusted from 1-4 revolutions/min.
8. The control system uses a liquid crystal display screen and a programmable PLC, and is equipped with Schneider executive components for easy operation.
Principle
The device sprays water controlled at a certain flow rate and pressure through the Nozzle through the swing tube to test the specimen in the rain. The swing tube is driven by a stepper motor, the swing angle and frequency are adjusted by the PLC controller, and the turntable swirl/spin ensures that the sample is evenly tested.

Steps
1. Set the swing angle and frequency of the pendulum tube.
2. Adjust water pressure and flow.
3. Set the turntable speed.
4. Start the equipment for rain testing.
5. Observe the test process and automatically shut down through time setting.
Notice
• Before the test, make sure that the equipment is connected normally and there is no water leakage.
• Regularly check the Water Filter and Spray Hole to prevent clogging.
• Pay attention to safety during operation and avoid contact with live parts.
• Do not open the box door when the equipment is running to prevent splashing.
• Clean the water storage tank in time after use to keep the equipment clean.
