Overview
The box-type pendulum pipe rain test equipment model LX-015 is a test equipment designed with reference to the IP shell Protection Rating IPX3~ 4 level design, which can provide environment simulation and accelerated testing for scientific research, product development and quality control. The equipment is suitable for external lighting and signal devices and automotive lamp shell protection test inspection. It has the advantages of no waterproof treatment in the laboratory, no water splashing out of the outdoor and recyclable test water.

1. The box is treated with imported SUS304 stainless steel plate hairline, which is corrosion-resistant and beautiful
2, equipped with a visual Glass door, easy to observe the test chamber to be tested
3. The bottom adopts high-quality fixed PU movable wheel, which is convenient for equipment movement
4. Built-in water storage tank, spray system, table swirl/spin system and swing pipe swing drive device, fully functional
5. The pendulum pipe is bent from stainless steel pipe, which can be swung back and forth from +/- 60 degrees to +/- 180 degrees, and the water spray angle can be adjusted
6, pendulum pipe transmission device using professional stepping motor plus gear reducer drive, controlled by programmable PLC controller, simple operation and easy maintenance
7. The designed load of the sample holder turntable is 30 kg, which can be swirled/spun horizontally 360 degrees, and the speed is adjustable from 1 to 4 revolutions, which is controlled by the PLC program
8. The water pressure control system uses a flow meter to adjust the pressure (100~ 1000L/h), and is equipped with a manual pressure relief valve and a circulating water function
9. The control system adopts LCD display and programmable PLC controller, which can independently control the swing angle, frequency and turntable speed of the pendulum tube
10, equipped with Schneider executive components, Water Filter, no fuse protection switch, overload and leakage protection and other safety devices
Principle
Nozzle on the pendulum pipe to control the flow and pressure of water spray, while the pendulum pipe for round-trip swing, water test specimen. Sample rack turntable can be horizontal swirl/spin to ensure uniform coverage of the test. The whole system is coordinated by a programmable PLC controller pendulum pipe swing and turntable rotation, simulating the standard rain environment.

Steps
1. Place the sample on the turntable and fix it
2. Set the swing angle, frequency and time of the pendulum tube through the LCD screen
3. Adjust the water pressure and flow to the required range
4. Start the pump and turntable and start the test
5. After the test is completed, the equipment will automatically shut down
Notice
• Make sure the test water is clean and check the Water Filter regularly
• Check electrical connections before operation to avoid overload or leakage
• The swing angle of the pendulum pipe needs to be adjusted according to the diameter of the turntable.
• The load of the turntable does not exceed 30kg
• Fix the movable wheel to prevent sliding when the device moves
• Maintain transmission regularly to ensure accuracy
