Overview
SJS-5KV electric vertical machine is a test equipment produced by SUNDOO, equipped with a stepper motor and adopts a double-column structure. The machine has the advantages of stable structure, high test speed accuracy, good applied load stability, and wide application range. It is suitable for push-pull load, insertion force, fatigue test, failure test and other tests in various industries.

Principle
Driven by a stepper motor, the machine adopts a double-column structure to provide stable support, realizing stepless speed regulation and accurate test speed control. After configuring Force Gauge and related software, data collection and machine operation can be completed on the computer.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and start the machine
2. Select manual (pointing) or automatic cycle mode as needed
3. Set the test speed (range 1-240mm/min)
4. Install the sample to be tested
5. Start the test program
6. Monitor test data and machine status through computer software (e.g. configure Force Gauge and software)
7. Turn off the machine after the test is completed
Notice
• Make sure the machine is placed on a stable workbench
• Check whether the power connection is firm before operation
• Do not exceed the rated load of 5000N
• The test speed setting shall not exceed 240mm/min
• Regular maintenance of the machine to ensure stable performance
