Features

Principle
The equipment is heated by the electric heater in the air-conditioning cabinet and cooled by the French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration unit to achieve a high and low temperature environment in the studio. The temperature is monitored and controlled by the High Accuracy digital temperature controller and PT100 Sensor, and the control signal adjusts the heater and the refrigeration system through the solid state relay. The cooling capacity is adjusted by the shunt method. The air flow in the working room is driven by the fan to form a circulation of upper supply air and lower return air to ensure uniform temperature. The system has a perfect protection Safety mechanism to ensure reliable operation.

Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment is placed in an environment that meets the requirements (room temperature below 28 ° C, well ventilated, and no matter within 80 cm around).
2. Connect the AC380V +/- 10%/50Hz three-phase four-wire power supply.
3. Start the device by pressing the button on the operation panel, and set the required temperature program and Timer Range (0~ 999 hours).
4. Put the sample into the studio and close the sealing door.
5. The equipment starts running, and the heating or cooling process is automatically controlled by a temperature controller.
6. During the test, the internal situation can be observed through the observation window lighting.
7. After the test, remove the sample according to the procedure and turn off the power of the equipment.
Notice
• Equipment Operating Environment Temperature must be between 5 ° C and + 28 ° C, with an average temperature of ≤ 28 ° C within 24 hours.
• Environmental humidity should be ≤ 85%.
• Must use an AC380V +/- 10%/50Hz three-phase four-wire power supply and ensure the correct phase sequence.
• The operating environment should be below 28 degrees and well ventilated.
• No items can be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the equipment placement.
Before operation, it is necessary to confirm that the circulating fan is started normally, otherwise the refrigeration and heating system will not work.
• Pay attention to the status of various protection indicators when the equipment is running, and deal with any faults in time.
• Do not open the door frequently when the equipment is running, so as not to affect the temperature stability and equipment life.
