Features

7. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller, accurate and stable control, long-term operation does not drift.
8. Safety protection system, including independent over-temperature protector, phase loss protection, phase sequence protection, fan overload protection, unit high and low pressure and overload protection.
9. The air supply method is the upper air supply and the lower air return, and the temperature sensor is placed in a trend.
Principle
The device heats or cools the air in the working room through components such as electric heaters, evaporators and fans in the air conditioning cabinet to realize temperature control. The Control system adjusts the working state of the heater (controlled by solid state relays) and the refrigeration unit (adjusted by shunt method) through the PID algorithm according to the feedback of the PT100 temperature measurement Sensor, so that the temperature in the box changes accurately and uniformly within the set range, and simulates the high and low temperature environment.

Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment is placed in an environment that meets the requirements (room temperature below 28 ° C, well ventilated, and no matter within 80 cm around).
2. Connect the power supply that meets the requirements (AC380V +/- 10%/50HZ three-phase four-wire system).
3. Set the temperature, time and other parameters required for the test through the function buttons on the operation panel.
4. Place the sample in the studio and close the box door.
5. Start the equipment and start the test.
6. During the test, the specimen can be observed through the observation window.
7. After the test reaches the set time, it is automatically stopped or manually stopped, and the sample is removed.
Notice
* Equipment Operating Environment Temperature should be in the range of 5 ℃~ + 28 ℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours should be less than or equal to 28 ℃.
* Environmental humidity should be ≤ 85%.
* Must use AC380 (+/- 10%) V/50HZ three-phase four-wire power supply.
* The operating environment should be below 28 degrees and well ventilated.
* No items can be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the equipment.
