HZAOC GDW-500C low/high temperature test chamber is suitable for adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test of electronic components. Temperature range of -40~ 150 ℃, with precise temperature control ability.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is imported SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material to ensure sealing.

6. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, and the key refrigeration components are original imported brands.
7. Using High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller and PT100 Temperature Sensor, accurate and stable control.
8. Control system with perfect Safety protection measures, including phase loss, overtemperature, overload, leakage and other multiple protection.
9. Equipped with an independent over-temperature protector, the equipment can be protected even if the main controller malfunctions.

Principle
The test chamber realizes the temperature regulation in the working room through the evaporator, electric heater, fan and other equipment in the air conditioning cabinet. The refrigeration system adopts a fully enclosed Compressor and imported components, and uses R404A refrigerant to adjust the cooling capacity through the shunt method. The heating system is controlled by the temperature controller Output signal through the solid state relay. The temperature sensor is placed in a trend, and the upper air supply and lower air return mode is used to ensure the uniform temperature in the box. Control system coordinates the operation of the refrigeration and heating systems according to the set parameters to achieve accurate high and low temperature environment simulation.

Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment is placed in an environment that meets the requirements (room temperature below 28 ° C, well ventilated, and 80cm space is reserved around).
2. Connect the AC380V +/- 10%/50Hz three-phase four-wire power supply.
3. Set the required test temperature, time and other parameters through the function buttons on the operation panel.
4. Start the equipment, and after the circulating fan is running normally, the refrigeration unit and heating system can work.
5. During the test, the conditions in the box can be observed through the observation window.
6. After the test is completed, shut down the equipment according to the procedures.
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature must be between 5 ° C and + 28 ° C, with an average temperature of ≤ 28 ° C within 24 hours.
• Environmental humidity should be ≤ 85%.
• Must ensure that the power supply is AC380V +/- 10%/50Hz three-phase four-wire.
• The operating environment should be below 28 degrees and well ventilated.
• Items cannot be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the equipment placement.
• Pay attention to the status of various protection indicators when the equipment is running, and deal with any faults in time.
• Regularly check the effectiveness of the high and low pressure gauge of the refrigeration system and various Safety protection devices.
