HZAOC GDW-010C low/high temperature test chamber is suitable for adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test of electronic components. Temperature range is -40~ 150 ℃, Inner chamber dimensions are 1000 * 1000 * 1000mm.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is imported SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, and the observation window is made of multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass and is equipped with frost-proof heating wire and lighting.
3. The side of the box is equipped with a φ 50mm test hole with a silicone rubber plug, which has both thermal insulation efficiency.
4. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
5. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, and is equipped with imported brand refrigeration parts and R404A refrigerant from many countries.
6. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller and PT100 Sensor for accurate and stable control.
7. With independent over-temperature protector and multiple Safety protection measures (such as phase loss, overvoltage, overload, leakage and other protection).
8. The air supply method is the upper air supply and the lower air return, and the temperature sensor is placed in a trend.
Principle
The device heats or cools the air in the working room under the precise instructions of the Control system through the evaporator, electric heater and fan in the air conditioning cabinet to realize temperature control. The heating is completed by the electric heater controlled by the solid state relay, and the cooling is completed by the Compressor refrigeration system. The cooling capacity is adjusted by the shunt method. The system uses the trend temperature sensor feedback signal, and the temperature controller performs PID operation to control the operation of the actuator to maintain the temperature in the box stable at the set value. The temperature can be gradually changed through the setting program.

Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment is placed in an environment that meets the requirements (room temperature below 28 ° C, well ventilated, and there is nothing within 80 cm around) and connect the AC380V three-phase four-wire power supply.
2. Set the required temperature program, time and other parameters through the function buttons on the operation panel.
3. Put the sample into the studio and close the sealing door.
4. Start the device, and the lighting can be turned on as needed to observe the internal situation.
5. The equipment will run automatically according to the set program to complete the high and low temperature test.
6. After the test, remove the sample and turn off the power of the equipment.
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature must be between 5 ° C and + 28 ° C, with an average temperature of ≤ 28 ° C within 24 hours.
• Environmental humidity should be ≤ 85%.
• Must use AC380 (+/- 10%) V/50HZ three-phase four-wire power supply.
• The operating environment should be below 28 degrees and well ventilated.
• No items can be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the equipment placement.
The equipment is equipped with an interlock device, and the refrigeration and heating system cannot be started when the circulating fan is not started or overloaded.
• Do not open the box door frequently during operation, so as not to affect the temperature stability and equipment life.
• Safety protection functions are checked regularly.
