HZAOC GDW-50D low/high temperature test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test for electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the liner is imported SUS304B stainless steel, the outer wall is sprayed with Cold rolled steel plate, and the insulation layer is ultra-fine Glass cotton.
2. The door is sealed with double-decked silicone rubber, and the observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass and equipped with frost-proof heating wire and lighting.
3. The side of the box is equipped with a test hole of φ 50mm with a silicone rubber plug, which has both thermal insulation efficiency.
4. The heating system uses a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia and long service life. It can be controlled smoothly and reliably through solid-state relays.
5. The refrigeration system adopts the French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor, the core components are imported brands from many countries, the use of R404A refrigerant, and a complete Safety protection system.
6. Temperature control using High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller and PT100 Sensor, accurate and stable control, long-term no drift.
7. Control system is equipped with independent over-temperature protector and multiple Safety protection (such as phase loss, overvoltage, overload, leakage, etc.), and has interlocking function.
8. The air supply method is the upper air supply and the lower air return, and the temperature sensor is placed in a trend to ensure Temperature uniformity.
Principle
The equipment is heated by the electric heater in the air conditioning cabinet and cooled by the refrigeration Compressor unit, thus simulating the required high and low temperature environment inside the studio. The temperature is adjusted and controlled by the High Accuracy digital display temperature controller according to the feedback of the PT100 Sensor. The heating output is triggered by the zero crossing of the solid state relay, and the cooling capacity is adjusted by the shunt method. The circulating fan drives the air flow to form a circulation of upper air supply and lower air return, so that the temperature in the box is uniform. The Control system has a comprehensive Safety protection mechanism to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the equipment.

Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment is placed in an environment that meets the requirements (room temperature below 28 ° C, well ventilated, and 80cm space is reserved around) and connected to AC380V three-phase four-wire power supply.
2. Turn on the power supply through the buttons on the operation panel, and start functions such as lighting as needed.
3. Set the required test temperature, time, and other parameters on the temperature controller.
4. Start the equipment, and after the circulating fan is running, the refrigeration unit and heating system will start working according to the settings.
5. During the test, the sample can be viewed through the observation window, and test holes can be used if necessary.
6. After the test reaches the set time or is completed, stop the equipment operation according to the program and turn off the power supply.
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature should be between 5 ° C and 28 ° C, with an average temperature of less than or equal to 28 ° C within 24 hours.
• Environmental humidity should be ≤ 85%.
• Must use AC380V (+/- 10%)/50HZ three-phase four-wire power supply.
• The operating environment should be below 28 degrees and well ventilated.
• Items cannot be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the equipment placement.
• The equipment is equipped with a variety of Safety protection, the corresponding indicator light will prompt when there is a fault, and it needs to be troubleshooted before it can continue to operate.
• Pay attention to the working state of the frost-proof heating wire of the observation window to ensure that the observation window is clear during the low temperature test.
• After using the test hole, ensure that the silicone rubber plug is tight to maintain the thermal insulation efficiency in the box.
