Features

4. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
5. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor, the key components are imported brands from many countries, and R404A refrigerant is used.
6. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller and PT100 Sensor, heating output adopts solid state relay zero-crossing trigger, accurate control and low noise.
7. Safety protection with multiple, including phase loss, overtemperature, overload, leakage, etc., and with independent over-temperature protector and electrical interlock device.
8. The air supply method is the upper air supply and the lower air return, and the temperature sensor is placed in a trend to ensure Temperature uniformity.
Principle
The equipment circulates the airflow in the studio under the action of the fan through the evaporator (cooling) and electric heater (heating) in the air conditioning cabinet to realize temperature regulation. The Control system controls the heater Power through PID operation by the solid state relay according to the trending temperature detected by the PT100 Sensor, and adjusts the cooling capacity through the refrigeration unit, so as to realize accurate high and low temperature environment simulation.

Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment is placed in an environment that meets the requirements (room temperature below 28 ° C, well ventilated, and no matter within 80cm around).
2. Connect the AC380V +/- 10%/50Hz three-phase four-wire power supply.
3. Start the device through the buttons on the operation panel and set the required temperature, time and other parameters.
4. Put the sample into the studio, close the sealing door, and start the experiment.
5. During the test, the conditions in the box can be observed through the observation window lighting.
6. After the test, remove the sample according to the procedures and turn off the power of the equipment.
Notice
• Operating environment must meet: Ambient Temperature 5 ℃~ 28 ℃, Humidity ≤ 85%, well ventilated.
• Do not place any items within 80 cm of the equipment.
• The power supply must be AC380V +/- 10%/50Hz three-phase four-wire and ensure the correct phase sequence.
• The equipment is equipped with a variety of protection functions. If the fault indicator light is on, the fault should be checked before use.
• When using the test hole, pay attention to the sealing and insulation of the stopper.
• Regularly check the operating status of each system of the equipment to ensure that the Safety protection device is effective.
