Principle
The device realizes temperature regulation in the working room through components such as evaporator, electric heater and fan in the air-conditioning cabinet. The heating system is controlled by a solid-state relay to drive the electric heater to work by a temperature controller Output signal; the refrigeration system is composed of a Compressor unit and supporting components, and the cooling capacity is adjusted by a shunt method. The temperature sensor is placed in a trend, and the Control system adjusts the heating and cooling output through PID according to the deviation of the set value and the measured value, so as to realize the accurate temperature control of the return air circulation under the upper supply air to simulate the required high and low temperature environment.

Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment is placed in an environment that meets the requirements (room temperature below 28 ° C, well ventilated, and 80cm space around).
2. Connect the power supply that meets the requirements (AC380V +/- 10%/50Hz three-phase four-wire system).
3. Start the device through the function button on the operation panel, and start the circulating fan first.
4. Set the required test temperature, time, and other parameters on the temperature controller.
5. Place the sample in the studio and close the box door.
6. The equipment starts to run, and the high and low temperature test or the temperature gradual change test is carried out.
7. After the test is completed, the equipment stops running according to the setting and the sample is taken out.
8. Power off the device.
Notice
* Equipment Operating Environment Temperature must be within the range of 5 ℃~ + 28 ℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours is ≤ 28 ℃.
* Environmental humidity should be ≤ 85%.
* Must use AC380V +/- 10%/50Hz three-phase four-wire power supply.
* The operating environment should be below 28 degrees and well ventilated.
* Items cannot be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the equipment placement.
When starting, ensure that the circulating fan starts normally, otherwise the refrigeration and heating system will not work.
* Pay attention to the fault indicator lights on the Control system, and any abnormalities should be dealt with in time.
* Regularly check the effectiveness of various Safety protection devices (such as over-temperature protectors).
