HZAOC GDW-250D low/high temperature test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test. Stress screening test can also be carried out on electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is imported SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, the observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, with built-in special heating wire frost-proof and lighting.
3. The side of the box is equipped with a φ 50mm test hole with a silicone rubber plug, which has both thermal insulation efficiency.
4. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
5. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, Miscellaneous refrigeration parts are imported brand products from many countries, and R404A refrigerant is used.
6. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller and PT100 Temperature Sensor, accurate and stable control, long-term operation does not drift.
7. Safety protection system, including independent over-temperature protector, phase loss protection, phase sequence protection, overvoltage, overload, leakage and other protection functions.
8. The air supply method is the upper air supply and the lower air return, and the temperature sensor is placed in a trend.
Principle
The equipment heats or cools the air in the working room under the precise instructions of the Control system through the evaporator, electric heater and fan components in the air conditioning cabinet. The heating is realized by the solid state relay controlling the porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, and the cooling is realized by the system composed of the fully enclosed Compressor unit and imported refrigeration components. The cooling capacity is adjusted by the shunt method. The temperature sensor monitors the trend temperature in real time. The Control system outputs the control signal through the PID operation to adjust the heating and cooling output, so that the temperature in the box changes according to the set program to realize the simulation of high and low temperature environment.

Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment is placed in an environment that meets the requirements (room temperature below 28 ° C, well ventilated, and there is nothing within 80 cm around) and connect the AC380V three-phase four-wire power supply.
2. Set the required test temperature, time and other parameters through the function buttons on the operation panel.
3. Start the equipment, the Control system will run automatically, and the studio will reach and maintain the set temperature through the heating or cooling system.
4. During the test, the sample status can be observed through the observation window lighting.
5. After the test reaches the set time, the equipment can be stopped according to the program and the sample can be taken out.
Notice
• Equipment Operating Environment Temperature should be between 5 ℃ and 28 ℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours should be less than or equal to 28 ℃.
• Environmental humidity should be ≤ 85%.
• Must use AC380V (+/- 10%)/50HZ three-phase four-wire power supply.
• The operating environment should be below 28 degrees and well ventilated.
• No items can be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the machine.
• Safety protection of the equipment, but it is still necessary to observe the fault indicator when operating.
• When the circulating fan is not started or overloaded, the cooling and heating system will not start.
• Regularly check the integrity of sealing parts such as hole plugs.
