Overview
HZAOC GDW-50E low/high temperature test chamber is suitable for adaptability test of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and their materials when stored, transported and used in high and low temperature environment, as well as temperature gradual change test. It can also be used for stress screening test of electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm imported SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, the observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, with built-in special heating wire frost-proof and lighting.
3. The side of the box is equipped with φ 50mm test hole with silicone rubber stopper, which has both thermal insulation efficiency.
4. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
5. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, and uses Miscellaneous international brand refrigeration parts and R404A refrigerant.
6. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller and PT100 Sensor, accurate and stable control, long-term operation does not drift.
7. Safety protection system, including independent over-temperature protector, multiple electrical protection and interlocking devices.
Principle
The test chamber realizes temperature regulation in the working room through equipment such as evaporators, electric heaters and fans in the air conditioning cabinet. The air is circulated in the upper air supply and lower air return mode, and the temperature sensor is placed in the trend to monitor the temperature. The heating system controls the operation of the electric heater through solid state relays; the refrigeration system cools down through the Compressor unit and the refrigerant circulation. The Control system adjusts the heating and cooling output through PID according to the set parameters to ensure that the temperature in the box is accurately and evenly reached and maintained within the target range.

Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment is placed in an environment that meets the requirements (room temperature below 28 ° C, well ventilated, and 80cm space is reserved around).
2. Connect the AC380V +/- 10%/50Hz three-phase four-wire power supply.
3. Set the required temperature parameters, time and other test procedures through the function buttons on the operation panel.
4. Put the sample into the studio and close the box door to ensure sealing.
5. Start the equipment and run the test program.
6. During the test, the sample status can be observed through the observation window lighting.
7. After the test, remove the sample according to the procedures and turn off the power of the equipment.
Notice
• Equipment Operating Environment Temperature must be between 5 ° C and + 28 ° C, with an average temperature of ≤ 28 ° C within 24 hours.
• Environmental humidity should be ≤ 85%.
• Must ensure that the power supply is AC380V +/- 10%/50Hz three-phase four-wire.
• The operating environment should be below 28 degrees and well ventilated.
• Items cannot be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the equipment placement.
Safety protection functions, such as over-temperature protection, phase loss protection, etc.
• Do not open the box door frequently when the equipment is running, so as not to affect the temperature stability and equipment life.
• Regularly check the integrity of door seals, test hole plugs and other seals.
