Overview
HZAOC GDW-150E low/high temperature test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test. Stress screening test can also be carried out on electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the liner is imported SUS304B stainless steel, the outer wall is sprayed with Cold rolled steel plate, and the thermal insulation layer is made of ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material to ensure sealing.
3. The observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, with built-in heating wire frost and lighting.
4. The side of the box is equipped with a test hole with a silicone rubber insulation plug.
5. The heater adopts porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertness and long service life.
6. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, and the key components are imported brand products from many countries.
7. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller for accurate and stable control.
8. Safety protection system, including independent over-temperature protector and a variety of electrical protection functions.
9. The air supply method is the upper air supply and the lower air return, and the temperature sensor is placed in a trend.
Principle
The equipment is forced to circulate the air in the working room through the evaporator (refrigeration), electric heater (heating) and fan in the air conditioning cabinet to achieve temperature regulation. The Control system controls the solid state relay through PID operation according to the signal fed back by the temperature sensor (PT100), and adjusts the output of the heater or refrigeration unit to achieve accurate temperature control. The refrigeration system adopts the shunt method to adjust the cooling capacity to ensure the smoothness of temperature changes.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in an environment that meets the requirements (room temperature below 28 ° C, well ventilated, and 80cm space is reserved around).
2. Connect the AC380V +/- 10%/50Hz three-phase four-wire power supply.
3. Start the device through the buttons on the operation panel and set the required temperature program, time and other parameters.
4. Place the sample in the studio and close the box door.
5. Start the test, and the equipment will automatically run the set high and low temperature cycle program.
6. After the test is completed, remove the sample and power off the device.
Notice
* Equipment Operating Environment Temperature should be between 5 ℃~ + 28 ℃, Environmental humidity ≤ 85%.
It is necessary to ensure that the power supply is AC380V +/- 10%/50Hz three-phase four-wire, and to ensure good grounding.
* The operating environment should be below 28 degrees and well ventilated.
* Items cannot be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the equipment placement.
When the equipment is running, do not open the door frequently.
* The samples placed should not be blocked out of trend and back to trend, and the total load should not exceed 1/3 of the studio volume.
* Regularly check the equipment components and Safety protection device is normal.
When the equipment malfunctions, the power should be cut off first and a professional should be contacted to deal with it.
