Overview
HZAOC GDW-250E low/high temperature test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test for electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is imported SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, and the observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass with built-in frost-proof heating wire and lighting.
3. The side of the box is equipped with a test hole with a silicone rubber plug, which has both thermal insulation efficiency.
4. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
5. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit and uses R404A refrigerant. Miscellaneous key refrigeration components are internationally renowned brands.
6. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller, equipped with PT100 Temperature Sensor, accurate and stable control.
7. Safety protection system with perfect, including phase loss, overtemperature, overload, leakage and other multiple protection, and with independent over-temperature protector.
8. The air supply method is the upper air supply and the lower air return, and the temperature sensor is placed in a trend.
Principle
The equipment simulates the high and low temperature environment in a closed studio through components such as evaporators, electric heaters and fans in the air-conditioning cabinet. The Control system precisely controls the output of the heater through solid-state relays according to the setting program, and cools down through the refrigeration system (using the shunt method to adjust the cooling capacity), thus forming a uniform and controllable temperature field inside the studio to meet the requirements of product testing.

Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment is placed in an environment that meets the requirements (room temperature below 28 ° C, well ventilated, and no matter within 80 cm around).
2. Connect the power supply that meets the requirements (AC380V +/- 10%/50HZ three-phase four-wire system).
3. Set the required temperature program, time and other parameters through the function buttons on the operation panel.
4. Place the sample in the studio and close the box door.
5. Start the equipment, and the equipment will automatically run according to the set program for high and low temperature testing.
6. After the test is completed, the equipment stops running and the sample is removed.
Notice
• Equipment Operating Environment Temperature should be between 5 ℃~ 28 ℃, Environmental humidity ≤ 85%.
• Power supply must be AC380V +/- 10%, 50HZ three-phase four-wire system.
• The operating environment should be below 28 degrees and well ventilated.
• No items can be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the equipment placement.
Safety protection is provided, but it is still necessary to pay attention to the operation status.
