Overview
HZAOC GDJW-50A high and low temperature alternating test chamber is suitable for adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test of electronic components. The equipment adopts overall structure design, equipped with LCD Touchscreen temperature and humidity controller and Schneider electrical components, Temperature range -20~ 150 ℃, Temperature Fluctuation ≤ +/- 0.5 ℃, Temperature Uniformity ≤ +/- 2 ℃, Studio volume 50L.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is made of ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door sealing is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, the observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, and the built-in special heating wire is frost-proof and lighting.
3. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
4. The control system adopts LCD Touchscreen temperature and humidity controller, full Chinese menu operation, display resolution 0.01 ℃, support setting and program operation.
5. With multiple safety protection, including phase loss protection, over-temperature protection, power-off protection, unit high voltage protection, etc.
6. It can store 120 programs, each with a maximum of 99 steps, and supports power-off recovery and real-time data display.
Principle
The high and low temperature alternating test chamber realizes temperature control through the evaporator, electric heater and fan in the air conditioning cabinet. The heating system adopts the porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, and the controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal output by the meter is controlled by the solid state relay; the refrigeration system adopts the shunt method to adjust the cooling capacity. The temperature transducer is placed in a trend, and the air supply mode is the upper air supply and the lower air return to ensure the temperature uniformity. The control system adopts continuous PID control to achieve accurate temperature change and program operation.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and check whether the voltage meets 380V +/- 10%.
2. Select the operation mode (fixed value or program operation) on the LCD Touchscreen controller.
3. Set temperature parameters or call pre-stored process Linear dispersion.
4. Start the circulating fan, confirm that there is no overload, and then start the refrigeration unit and heating system.
5. Real-time monitoring and display data, including set temperature, measured temperature, running time, etc.
6. After the test is completed, stop the device according to the program and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
• Ensure that the circulating fan starts normally when the equipment is running, otherwise the refrigeration and heating system will not work.
• Regularly check safety protection devices, such as over-temperature protectors, high voltage controls, etc.
• Avoid running when the equipment door is not sealed or the test hole is not blocked.
• When a fault occurs, find the cause according to the fault number displayed by the controller.
• The total power of the equipment is 3~ 13.5KW, and it is necessary to ensure that the power supply matches.
• Inner chamber dimensions are 320 * 350 * 450mm, do not overload.
