Overview
GDJW-225A high and low temperature alternating test chamber is a HZAOC brand product, suitable for electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use of adaptability test, as well as temperature gradual change test, but also for electronic components stress screening test.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, and the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate
2. The thermal insulation material is made of ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton, and the door sealing is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material
3. The observation window is multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, size 200 × 300mm, built-in special heating wire anti-frost and lighting
4. The side of the box is equipped with φ 50mm test hole, the stopper is silicone rubber low foam material, high and low temperature resistance and thermal insulation
5. The heater adopts porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertness and long service life
6. The control system adopts LCD Touchscreen temperature and humidity controller and Schneider electrical components
7. Controller full Chinese menu operation, display resolution 0.01 ℃, support setting and program operation
8. Set up 120 groups of programs, each group has a maximum of 99 steps, and can be connected to loops
9. With power failure recovery function, it can display real-time data such as running time and temperature
10. Multiple safety protection measures, including phase loss, overtemperature, overload, etc
Principle
The test chamber realizes temperature control through evaporators, electric heaters and fans in the air-conditioning cabinet. The heating system is controlled by PID through solid-state relays, and the refrigeration system uses shunt method to adjust the cooling capacity. The temperature transducer is placed out of trend, and the air supply method is upper air supply and lower air return to ensure temperature uniformity. The control system continuously PID controls the temperature, supporting program operation and real-time monitoring.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and check whether the voltage meets 380V +/- 10%.
2. Set the temperature program in the controller or select the fixed value to run
3. Start the circulating fan and confirm normal operation
4. Call or write the program name, set the temperature range, time and other parameters
5. Start running tests to monitor real-time temperature and data
6. After the test is completed, stop the equipment according to the program
7. Disconnect the power supply and clean the equipment
Notice
• Ensure that the circulating fan starts normally when the equipment is running, otherwise the refrigeration and heating system will not work
• Regularly check safety protection devices, such as over-temperature protectors, high voltage controls, etc
• Avoid opening the door while the equipment is running to prevent temperature fluctuations
• Ensure good stopper sealing when using test holes to maintain thermal insulation efficiency
• When the controller fails, find the cause according to the displayed fault number
• The total power of the equipment is large, ensuring that the power supply is stable and meets specifications
• Disconnect the power supply during maintenance to prevent the risk of electric shock
