Principle
The test chamber generates heat through the heater and the cooling system reduces the temperature to realize the simulation of high and low temperature environment. The control system adopts continuous PID control, and the heating and cooling are adjusted by solid state relays. The temperature transducer is placed in the trend to monitor the temperature. The air supply method is the upper air supply and the lower air return to ensure the temperature uniformity and control accuracy.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and check whether the voltage meets 380V +/- 10%.
2. Select the operation mode (set value or program operation) on the controller, and set the temperature parameters and program steps.
3. Call the pre-stored process Linear dispersion or write a new program name.
4. Start the equipment and monitor the real-time display of temperature, running time, and other data.
5. After the test is completed, power off the device.
Notice
• Power frequency must be stable at 380V +/- 10% when the equipment is running.
When setting up the program, pay attention to step connection and loop limit.
