Overview
HZAOC GDJW-150B high and low temperature alternating test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test. The equipment can also perform stress screening test on electronic components. Temperature range is -30~ 150 ℃, and studio volume is 150L.

Principle
The test chamber realizes temperature control through evaporators, electric heaters and fans in the air-conditioning cabinet. The heating system adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, and the controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal output by the instrument is controlled by a solid-state relay. The cooling system adopts the shunt method to adjust the cooling capacity. The air supply method is the upper air supply and the lower air return. The temperature transducer is placed in a trend to monitor the temperature in real time.

Steps
1. Set test parameters through the controller, including temperature range, program group, running time, etc
2. Select the operation mode: fixed-value operation or program operation
3. Invoke pre-stored process Linear dispersion or write new programs
4. Start the device and monitor the real-time displayed temperature, running time and other data
5. After the test is completed, the equipment will automatically stop running
Notice
• Power frequency of the equipment is 380V +/- 10%, to ensure stable power supply
• When the circulating fan is not started or overloaded, the refrigeration unit and heating system cannot be started
• When a fault occurs, find the cause according to the fault number displayed by the controller
• The equipment is equipped with test holes, and silicone rubber stopper sealing should be used in time after use
• When the main controller fails, the independent over-temperature protector will disconnect the heating power supply
• The refrigeration unit will be prohibited from operating when the unit is ultra-high voltage and overloaded
