Overview
HZAOC GDJW-250C high and low temperature alternating test chamber is suitable for adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test of electronic components. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate spraying, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
Features
1. The box is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material and ultra-fine Glass insulation cotton to ensure thermal insulation performance.
2. The observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass with built-in special heating wire to prevent frost and lighting.
3. The heater adopts porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertness and long service life.
4. The control system adopts LCD Touchscreen temperature and humidity controller and Schneider electrical components, and supports full Chinese menu operation.
5. With a variety of safety protection functions, including high voltage control, overvoltage, overload, phase loss protection, etc.
6. Supports setting and program execution, and can store 120 sets of programs, each with a maximum of 99 steps.
Principle
The high and low temperature alternating test chamber realizes temperature control through heating and cooling system. The heater adopts porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which is controlled by solid-state relay by outputting controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal from the instrument; the cooling capacity is adjusted by shunt method. The control system adopts continuous PID control, the temperature transducer is placed in a trend, and the air supply mode is upper air supply and lower air return to ensure temperature uniformity and stability.

Steps
1. Set the temperature parameters or select the preset program through the LCD Touchscreen controller.
2. Start the equipment and the system automatically performs heating or cooling operations.
3. Monitor the operating status in real time, including temperature, time, and other data.
4. After completing the test, stop the equipment and remove the sample.
Notice
• Power frequency is 380V +/- 10% to avoid voltage instability affecting equipment operation.
• Check whether the safety protection system, such as high voltage control and overvoltage protection, is normal before the equipment runs.
• Pay attention to the window lighting and anti-frost function during operation to ensure a clear observation of the internal situation.
• Avoid forcing the refrigeration unit and heating system to start when the fan is not started or overloaded.
• Maintain equipment regularly, check sealing materials and heater status to extend service life.
