Overview
HZAOC GDJW-800C high and low temperature alternating test chamber is suitable for adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test of electronic components. The equipment adopts overall structure, studio volume 800L, Temperature range -40~ 150 ℃, with High Accuracy Temperature Control Function.

1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, and the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate

Principle
The test chamber realizes temperature control through the evaporator, electric heater and fan system in the air conditioning cabinet. The heating system adopts the porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, and the controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal output by the instrument is controlled by the solid state relay; the refrigeration system uses the shunt method to adjust the cooling capacity. The temperature transducer is placed in a trend, and the upper air supply and lower air return mode are used to achieve uniform temperature distribution in the working room, and continuous PID control is used to ensure temperature accuracy.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and check whether the voltage meets the requirements of 380V +/- 10%
2. Select the running mode (set value or program running) on the controller.
3. Set temperature parameters or call pre-stored process Linear dispersion
4. Start the circulating fan and confirm normal operation
5. Start the heating or cooling system
6. Real-time monitoring of operating status and temperature data
7. After the test is completed, stop the equipment according to the program
Notice
• Power frequency must be confirmed before equipment operation
• When the circulating fan is not started, the refrigeration unit and heating system cannot be started
• Pay attention to observe the running status of the equipment and deal with faults in time
Regularly check whether the safety protection device is working properly
• Do not open the box door at will when the equipment is running
• Keep well ventilated around the box
• Cut off the power supply when not in use for a long time
