Overview
GDJW-50D high and low temperature alternating test chamber is an Environmental performance equipment of HZAOC brand, which is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test and electronic components stress screening test. The equipment adopts a whole box structure, Temperature range is -60~ 150 ℃, studio volume is 50L, with precise temperature control and various safety protection functions.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door sealing is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, and the observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, with built-in heating wire anti-frost and lighting.
3. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
4. The control system adopts LCD Touchscreen temperature and humidity controller and Schneider electrical components, and supports full Chinese menu operation.
5. With a variety of safety protection measures, including phase loss protection, over-temperature protection, leakage protection, etc.
6. Support setting and program operation, can store 120 sets of programs, each with a maximum of 99 steps, and a large number of cycles.
7. The power failure recovery function is flexible, and the program can be set to terminate after the power failure or run continuously from the breakpoint.
Principle
The test chamber realizes temperature control through heating and cooling system. The heater adopts porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, and the controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal output by the instrument is controlled by solid-state relay; the refrigeration system adopts shunt method to adjust the cooling capacity. The control system adopts continuous PID control mode, which monitors the trend temperature through temperature transducer to realize accurate temperature adjustment. The air supply mode is upper air supply and lower air return to ensure temperature uniformity.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and check whether the Power frequency meets the requirements of 380V +/- 10%.
2. Set the test parameters on the controller through the LCD Touchscreen, including temperature range, program group, running time, etc.
3. Select the operation mode (fixed value or program operation), and call the pre-stored process Linear dispersion.
4. Start the device and monitor the real-time display data, including set temperature, measured temperature, running time, etc.
5. After the test is completed, press the controller to stop the device and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
* Power frequency must be stable at 380V +/- 10% when the equipment is running.
Regularly check whether the safety protection functions, such as over-temperature protector and phase loss protection, are normal.
Avoid running when the device door is not fully closed to prevent temperature leakage.
* Use a soft cloth when cleaning the observation window to avoid scratching the Glass surface.
When the equipment malfunctions, refer to the fault number displayed by the controller to find the cause, and contact a professional for repair if necessary.
When setting up the program, ensure that the steps and cycles meet the test requirements to avoid misoperation.
* When the equipment is not used for a long time, the power supply should be disconnected and the box should be kept drying.
