Overview
HZAOC GDJW-100E high and low temperature alternating test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test for electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door sealing is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, the observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, and the built-in special heating wire is frost-proof and lighting.
3. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
4. The control system adopts LCD Touchscreen temperature and humidity controller and Schneider electrical components, supports full Chinese menu operation, and displays a resolution of 0.01 ° C.
5. 120 sets of setting programs, each with a maximum of 99 steps, can be connected to loops, support power failure recovery settings and a variety of alarm functions.
Principle
The test chamber generates heat through the heater and the cooling system realizes cooling, and adopts continuous PID control mode to adjust the temperature. The air supply mode is the upper air supply and the lower air return, and the temperature transducer is placed in a trend to ensure uniform temperature. The control system is triggered by the zero-crossing of the solid-state relay to achieve precise control and is equipped with safety protection measures.
Applications
Electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials of high and low temperature environmental adaptability test, temperature gradual change test, stress screening test
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and check whether the voltage meets 380V +/- 10%.
2. Select the operation mode (set value or program operation) on the controller.
3. Set temperature parameters and programs, including temperature range, lifting rate and timing time.
4. Start the circulating fan to ensure that the refrigeration or heating system is turned on after normal operation.
5. Monitor operating status, including temperature display and fault alarm.
6. After the test is completed, stop the device according to the program and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
• Power frequency and phase sequence should be checked before equipment operation to avoid phase loss or phase sequence errors.
• When the circulating fan is not started or overloaded, it is forbidden to start the refrigeration unit and heating system.
• Regularly clean the observation window and test hole to ensure sealing performance.
• When a fault occurs, find the cause according to the fault number displayed by the controller and deal with it in time.
• Avoid frequent opening and closing of the door when the equipment is running to prevent temperature fluctuations from affecting the test results.
