Overview
HZAOC GDJW-150E high and low temperature alternating test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test for electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, and the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate.
2. The thermal insulation material is made of ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton, and the door sealing is double-decked silicone rubber sealing material.
3. The observation window is multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, size 200 × 300mm, built-in special heating wire anti-frost and lighting.
4. The side of the box is equipped with φ 50mm test hole, the stopper is silicone rubber low foam material, high and low temperature resistance and thermal insulation.
5. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
6. The control system adopts LCD Touchscreen temperature and humidity controller and Schneider electrical components, and supports full Chinese menu operation.
7. Controller display resolution 0.01 ℃, support fixed value and program operation, the control mode is continuous PID control.
8. 120 sets of setting programs, each with a maximum of 99 steps, can be connected to cycles, and the power failure recovery function includes termination or continuous operation.
9. Real-time display of running time, number of segments, remaining time, number of repeabilities and test data, such as set temperature, measured temperature, etc.
10. It has a variety of alarm functions, including absolute value alarm and deviation alarm, and has safety protection measures such as phase loss protection and over-temperature protection.
Principle
The high and low temperature alternating test chamber realizes temperature control through equipment such as evaporator, electric heater and fan in the air conditioning cabinet. The heating system adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, and the controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal output by the instrument is controlled by a solid-state relay; the refrigeration system uses a shunt method to adjust the cooling capacity. The air supply mode is the upper air supply and the lower air return, and the temperature transducer is placed in a trend to ensure temperature uniformity and stability. The control system adopts continuous PID control to support program operation and real-time monitoring to realize high and low temperature environment simulation.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and check whether the Power frequency meets 380V +/- 10%.
2. Select the operation mode (set value or program operation) on the controller and set the temperature parameters (Temperature range -70~ 150 ℃).
3. Call or set the program group, each group can take up to 99 steps, can be connected to the loop, and set the Timer Range from 0 to 999h.
4. Start the device and observe the temperature, running time, and other data displayed by the controller to ensure normal operation.
5. After the test is completed, press the controller to stop the device and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
• When the equipment is running, ensure that the circulating fan starts normally, otherwise the refrigeration unit and heating system will not work.
• Regularly check safety protection devices, such as over-temperature protectors, high voltage controls, etc., to prevent failures.
• Avoid frequent switching of power supply during equipment operation to prevent affecting control accuracy and equipment life.
• When using the test hole, make sure that the stopper sealing is good to maintain the thermal insulation efficiency.
• When the controller malfunctions, find the cause according to the fault number displayed on the LCD and repair it in time.
• The total power of the equipment is 3~ 13.5KW, ensuring that the power load matches and prevents overload.
• The observation window has a built-in heating wire, pay attention to prevent frost, but avoid touching high-temperature parts to prevent burns.
