Principle
The high and low temperature alternating test chamber realizes temperature control through heating and cooling system. The heater adopts porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which is controlled by solid-state relay through controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal output by the instrument; the cooling system adopts shunt method to adjust the cooling capacity. The control system adopts continuous PID control mode, which monitors the trend temperature through temperature transducer, and realizes accurate temperature adjustment and program operation.

Steps
1. Turn on the power and lighting operation buttons.
2. Select the operation mode (fixed value or program operation) on the LCD Touchscreen controller.
3. Set temperature parameters or call pre-stored process Linear dispersion.
4. Start the circulating fan to ensure that the system is normal and then start the refrigeration unit and heating system.
5. Monitor the operating status in real time, including temperature, time, and other parameters.
6. After the test is completed, shut down the system and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
• Power frequency is 380V +/- 10% to avoid voltage instability affecting equipment operation.
Before starting the refrigeration unit and heating system, confirm that the circulating fan has been started normally to prevent the interlock device from being disabled.
• Regularly check the safety protection system, such as over-temperature protector, high voltage control, etc., to ensure normal function.
• When using the test hole, pay attention to the sealing of the stopper to prevent temperature leakage.
• When a fault occurs, find the cause according to the fault number displayed by the controller and deal with it in time.
• Avoid opening and closing doors frequently at high or low temperatures to reduce temperature fluctuations and energy consumption.
