Overview
HZAOC GDJW-250E high and low temperature alternating test chamber is suitable for adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test of electronic components. The equipment adopts a whole box structure and is equipped with an advanced temperature and humidity control system. Temperature range is -70~ 150 ℃, and the studio volume is 250L.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door sealing is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, and the observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass with built-in heating wire to prevent frost and lighting.
3. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
4. The control system adopts LCD Touchscreen temperature and humidity controller and Schneider electrical components, supports full Chinese menu operation, and displays a resolution of 0.01 ° C.
5. Set the program 120 groups, each group has a maximum of 99 steps, and supports power failure recovery function, including program termination after power failure or continuous operation from breakpoint.
6. Equipped with multiple safety protection measures, such as phase loss protection, over-temperature protection, leakage protection, etc., and equipped with an independent over-temperature protector.
Principle
The high and low temperature alternating test chamber realizes temperature control through heating and cooling system. The heating system adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which is controlled by a solid-state relay by outputting a controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal from the meter; the refrigeration system uses a shunt method to adjust the cooling capacity. The control system adopts a continuous PID control mode, which realizes the air supply mode of upper air supply and lower air return through evaporators, electric heaters and fans in the air conditioning cabinet. The temperature transducer is placed in a trend to monitor the temperature.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and check whether the Power frequency meets the requirements of 380V +/- 10%.
2. Select the operation mode (set value or program operation) on the controller, and set the temperature parameters and program steps.
3. Call the pre-stored process Linear dispersion or write a new program name to confirm the setting content.
4. Start the device and observe the temperature, running time, and other data displayed by the controller to ensure the normal operation of the device.
5. After the test is completed, stop the device according to the program and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
• Check the phase sequence and voltage of the power supply before running the equipment to avoid phase sequence errors or voltage irregularities causing malfunctions.
• When the circulating fan is not started or overloaded, the refrigeration unit and heating system cannot be started, so ensure that the fan is normal.
• Regularly check the over-temperature protector and safety protection device to ensure that the heating power can be reliably disconnected in the event of a failure.
• When using the test hole, pay attention to the sealing of the stopper to prevent the thermal insulation efficiency from declining.
• If there is a fault number during the operation of the equipment, find the cause and deal with it in time according to the number.
